Arwun is an education platform operated by Value Midas Strategic Planning Corporation, a C-Corp registered in Delaware. Any use of the Arwun platform is subject to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility. By using the Arwun platform, you represent and warrant that (a) any information you have provided for Registration is truthful and accurate; (b) the use of the Arwun platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Use of the Arwun platform is available to two kinds of users: Students - may be users over the age of 13, but is open to all ages. For children age 13 or younger, we will adhere to the local law (such as COPPA, SOPIPA, etc.) with regards to parent consent. Instructors - may be users that generate and share content in the Arwun platform, which may include questions, text, images, videos, etc.
2. Information provided to Arwun.
a. Student Information. To register as a Student in the Arwun platform, the student will provide information such as Name, School name and School address, Grade Level, Email address, Payment Information, etc.
b. Instructor Information. To register as an Instructor in the Arwun platform, the instructor will provide information such as Name, City, Email Address, Payment/Bank Information, etc.
c. Parent and Child Information. When a parent of guardian registers for an account in the Arwun platform, we may also collect information such as Name, Email address, Payment Information, etc.
d. Activity Information for Students. During the course of your usage of the Arwun platform, we will collect any information about your activity, such as questions answered, your ranking, your browsing behavior across the different screens in the Arwun platform, chat messages sent and received, etc.
d. Activity Information for Instructors. During the course of your usage of the Arwun platform, we will collect any information about your activity, such as questions submitted, images created or uploaded, videos created or uploaded, and your browsing behavior across the different screens in the Arwun platform, etc.
3. Responsibility of Instructors.
a. If you create questions, text, images or videos and share and otherwise make such content available in the Arwun platform, you are solely responsible for the Content, and any harm resulting from that Content.
b. Permission to use content you create and share in the Arwun platform: content in this context may be text, image, video, etc., that may be protected by intellectual property laws. By submitting Content (including, but not limited to, questions, text, images, videos, chats, surveys, etc.) or any other material to for Arwun platform or for any other purpose, you grant Arwun a world-wide, perpetual, royalty-free license (with right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, modify, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your Content and distribute such Content or material in any and all media or distribution methods (existing or subsequently developed). additional uses by Arwun, or other companies or individuals who partner with Arwun, may be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the Content or material that you create in the Arwun platform, submit, post, or otherwise make available to Arwun platform.
c. If your employer has the rights to the Intellectual Property that you create and share in the Arwun platform, then you have received permission from your employer to create and share this content in the Arwun platform.

5. Prohibited Content.
a. You may not use our Services to do or share anything:
i. That violates these Terms that apply to your use of Arwun Platform.
ii. That is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent.
iii.That infringes or violates someone else's rights, including their intellectual property rights.
b. You may not upload viruses or malicious code or do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of the Arwun platform.
c. You may not access or collect data from Arwun platform using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data you do not have permission to access.
6. Removal of account.
We have the right to remove content that violates our terms of service at any time. In the event of removal of any such content, we will notify you of such, and will suggest changes to the content as applicable to be considered for future review. In case of repeated violations of our terms of service, you will be prohibited from the Arwun platform.
Arwun may, in its sole discretion, modify or update this Policy from time to time, which will be reflected in the `date last modified´ set forth below. If we change this Policy in a material manner, we will do our best to notify you of the changes by an official email communication. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms in this Policy or to any future terms in a future revision of this Policy, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Arwun platform.
We will not make any material changes to our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service that would result in student information being used in a materially different manner than was disclosed when the information was collected without first giving notice to the applicable students and parents as applicable.
